Good stay, close to Pavilion. I enjoyed my time here. 2 drawbacks I noticed here - 1. There are only a couple of breakfast options for Vegetarians, like bread and butter, salad, & fruits. 2. No matter how many empty apartments they will have, they will not give you check-in before 2 pm. Ofcourse, you can get it if you pay extra. If I remember correctly, I was asked for 400 RM for check-in at 12 pm.

This accommodation is security tight, with friendly staff all around to assist you at any time. Good pool location, but it's a shared one between others. The room was definitely fantastic with fully equipped amenities, especially for long-term stay. Fully equipped kitchenette, with washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was served warm and definitely a fine dining international breakfast at Glass Bistro. The serving staff were extremely attentive to your requests. Service top notch. Few bistros within vicinity with a 24-hour convenience store. Local food trucks are available, especially for take away option. Surrounded by office buildings. The main entrance driveway could be a bit tricky to reach, however. Reception was well decorated with hospitable staff.

I've stayed in lovely rooms / Airbnbs but this E&O Residence does NOT live up to their brand and nothing like the Grand old dame in Penang. Pros - Convenient location, walkable to Bukit Bintang, especially Platinum Mall - Friendly service staff - Big rooms - A bathroom for each bedroom (we took the 2 bedroom unit) Cons - The beds were TINY!!! The width of the bed was the same width as that of your pillow!! A child won't be able to sleep in it without falling let alone a grown adult! Each turn we made we had to wake up to turn. We kept our feet tucked into the blanket to 'hold us' so we won't roll off the bed. Ridiculously Small!!! - The 2nd bedroom bathroom was a bit musty - The showerhead was leaking so water would be flowing up and everywhere - There was not enough utensils. All that was provided was a spatula, a soup ladle and a knife. A scissors and a can opener would have been nice as well as some bowls! All we had were plates - The aircon broke down on the 2nd day and we had to stay up till 2am waiting for the technician to fix all the aircons in the house. The master bedroom could not be fixed and the guests had to sleep without the aircon for the night. - The night service staff called to ask what he could do and if we would like to shift rooms at 2am in the morning @_@ - The door lock could not work the first night and we had to sleep with a chair below the door knob and with our bedroom doors locked. - I went to complain and asked them to provide an additional bed but they did not.

Residents only talk about all the burglaries, not safe Beware. A lot of airbnb from neighbouring St. Mary's and pool full of black clothes at weekend. Food really terrible, breakfast is outside on the street and really bad.

Beware of Robbery Risk.. Beware Demgie Fever risk even on high floors due to lack maintenance and empty properties. .

Beware of robbery risks at the property, St. Mary's adjacent apartments are subject to robberies it may be thought by staff who have access to both properties via the car parks and plenty of places to hide stolen goods. Management do. not seem to be proactive in solving these issues. Fire risks and dengue fever are additional risks as evidenced by the high number of cases at this property.
